So when the Lush Father's day range launched I couldn't wait to get my hands on the new products, plus as a surprise Lush released the Lush Oxford Street 'Lava Lamp' bath bomb to all stores! (Which I love so thank you!!!) First off I just want to say, I was expecting more 'fathers day' products I felt like there wasn't much choice compared to the Easter or Mothers Day range... Plus I was expecting some rare Lush Kitchen products to be launched in favor for Fathers Day (but never happened). :'(

1. Lava Lamp bath bomb - RRP £3.95
WOW! I am in love with this product, when I went to my local store one of the friendly members of staff came over and gave me a full demo of this product, explaining in detail all about it. The purple circular dots on the bath bomb act as bath melts, they slowly melt away while the orange bath bomb part fizzes away. Which I love, it left the water very smooth and oily just like the Lush bath melts, but had an orange colour from the fizz! As for the scent it was very fresh, powerful and orange like. With a mix of olive's and a sugary creamy sweet scent powering its way through.

Superdad bath bomb - RRP £3.95
Another product Lush made me fall in love with, this bath bomb was different to most Lush ones I've used with it being very flat and long... The top is packed with different colours and when I placed in the water I was amazingly shocked that the bath bomb floated up right on it's own... It looked so pretty in the water with the red blending away into small bubbles, plus it took awhile to fizz away and left the water a very bright blue!

The Modfather bubble bar - RRP £3.65
When I first saw this I was unsure about the product, I didn't quite understand the style of it, circles on top of circles? Plus the size was fairly on the small side of things for it's price (which I kinda felt was overpriced). I did struggle to break this bubble bar in half when I got it home, it was very solid.. But a after managing to break it up it crumbled under the water (with difficulty) and left a TON of bubbles and a nice blue water colour which surprisingly was a lot for only half a product. So in total I got two bath worth's for this product (which is super satisfying).

Cream Candy bubble bar - RRP £2.95
Now I know this isn't new to Lush, it's not part of the Lush Father's Day range but I did pick one up when shopping purely because of it's affordable price. At first I expected to just use the whole bubble bar for one bath because this product is fairly small in size but I was shocked to find I only used half for a deluxe bath! It crumbled easily, gave a TON of bubbles with only half the product, and left the water a pretty pink colour.. I must say this is a new favorite Lush product, because of the usability and affordable price!

This months box arrived early Monday morning packed with fresh floral scents which first off reminded me of the summer gardens. When I opened up my box I loved the pastel blue paper and sicker used, along with some (not all) but about 3-4 melts were also in pastel colours great for picture opportunities.

Violet & Lime
Now this melt is has a major WOW factor, first off I love the pale purple with green toned paper its wrapped in. But also because the violet is strong but goes absolutely perfect with the lime scent, it makes the melt more fresh and almost 'clean' scented rather than a sweet violet.

Salted Caramel & Pistachio
Words can't describe how much I've fallen in love with this melt, it's my favorite from this month and is way in the top 10 of my all time favorites. Anything sweet or sugary scented has a place in my heart, and this melt is just that. It's scent is very sweet warm salted caramel but almost has a slight coffee twist which sort of reminds me of latte's it's just pure delicious!

Orange Pekoe Tea
Out of all the melts I would say would say this is probably the least overpowering in scent wise, you have to focus go get a clear smell of the wax. It does have a light orange spice but has a twist of what does remind me of iced tea.

Mojito
This melt won me over last month in the June box where we received the Mojito melt, it's fresh, minty and almost exactly how you predict a ice cold Mojito smells like! Plus the packaging is super cute with silver glitter dots all around, instantly puts you in the mood for a relaxing cocktail evening.

Cherry
Now I personally adore this melt, it's scent is strong (but not overpowering) of a fresh sweet cherry smell. It's sweetness scent almost reminds me of cherry chapsticks you can buy a very tasty melt.

Lavender & Chamomile
The name of this melt pretty much describes the scent as it is, the main strong scent you get is the fresh lavender which reminds me of outdoor gardens, or even freshly washed washing using a strong detergent.

Independence Day
To begin with, I love the caption name of this melt it goes perfect for the time of year first off because it's July and we are approaching America's independence day. But also because the UK have just left the EU leaving us with an Independence day in June now. As for the scent of this melt its very floral and fresh, reminding me walking into a flower shop.

Football Pitch
Another melt which I think name is perfect for this month, simple because it remind me of the Euro's football games which are currently taking place (plus I'm a major supporter for Wales who are shocking the nation at the moment). As for the scent, it's very outdoor and reminds me of freshly cut grass plus the scent isn't too strong and probably another clear less overpowering melt.

Overall, this months subscription box is full of different scented melts they all are from different areas from sweet and sugary, to floral and fresh. I will say my top three favorite of this months box are the Salted Caramel & Pistachio, Cherry and the Violet & Lime melt. One thing I can say is I was hoping we would get one of the new Emoji melt's in this months box to try them out (unfortunately not) but that being said who knows for the upcoming months we might get one or two!  X
