One of the Christmas bubble bars from Lush this year is a super cute "peeping santa" selling at £3.95. This is a love of mine, the scent is super strong reminding me of sugary floral sweet scent that just smells delicious.

With bubble bars I usually break them up and use half and half in the bath, with this specific bubble bar I began by ripping off a bottom corner and used under the water crumbling away and couldn't help but notice it filled my bath FULL of bubbles and turning the water into a deep red. I was super shocked as I was expecting to use this product for two baths, but now that I used such a small piece I can tell this product would easily do four good size baths!
So recently over on QVC they had a Christmas special where they was offering two tea light candle Advent Calendars. The first Calendar has the sweet sugary scented candles including ; Snowflake Cookie, Icicles, Angles Wings, Winter Glow, Christmas Cookie & Sparking Snow.
Where as the second one is a lot more traditional "Christmas" scents including; Cosy By The Fire, Berry Trifle, Bundle Up, Sparkling Cinnamon, Christmas Memories & Christmas Garland.

Both of these calendars have 24 days worth of candles inside! Be sure to follow me over on Instagram / Twitter to keep track of whats under each door every day! X
One of the Christmas bath bombs this year for the Lush collection is a small white "butterbear", its super cute looking and very affordable at £1.95. It's scent is very oily, relaxing and buttery sweet! I knew this bath bomb would be perfect to use after a long day in university/school/work etc! A day where you've been up and on your feet and just want to relax - Plush with this product being a bath bomb its easy to use by just dropping it into the bath and let it fizzy away.

I noticed when I dropped this bath bomb into my warm water it fizzed away fairly fast, leaving a clear milky colour to my water. It didn't give off a large amount of bubbles, and just left the water very oily making it smooth onto your skin when washing which helped me to relax easy!

Hey guys, so in case you didn't know I've been recently working on the new Samsung SmartThings campaign in my local Curry's PC World Store. (Chester) As it's been out in the states for about 2 years now, it's only just arrived in the UK during September season and is exclusively available to Curry's PC World only (other than the Samsung site direct).

So your probably wondering, what is SmartThings? Well it's a new "smart" system you can implement in your home to monitor, secure and control all from one App on your smartphone. Requirements?Well that's simple, you need a smartphone to download the App which is currently available on IOS, Android & Microsoft Windows devices + you will need a WiFi router in your home / location you will be using the products.

Products;
SmartThings Hub - £99.99
The hub connects into the back of your WiFi router via an Ethernet cable (cable comes inside the box!). Once connected you wait for the light to switch on & then connect the hub to the SmartThings App which you then snyc and add the code which comes inside the box to the account! - The Hub is required for the following products ; Presence Sensor, Multi Sensor, Moisture sensor, Motion sensor & power outlet. *You only need one hub per house, each hub can add on hundreds of devices*

SmartThings Multi Sensor - £29.99
This product can be attached to door frames, windows & cupboards, once the two parts pull apart from each other (when the door becomes open) it will then trigger a notification to your smartphone App instantly to warn you! - Benefits; can be used for more than one area (eg door OR window), very needed in current homes and isn't very big / noticeable.

SmartThings Motion Sensor - £29.99
This product also works as a security feature where you can place it in a specific room you wish to secure / monitor and once movement occurs in the room it will again instantly send you a notification via the App. - Benefits ; easy to setup, isn't too big & picks up movement instantly.

SmartThings Power Outlet - £44.99
This product acts like a plug, where you place into your current plug socket and can then control turning it on / off from the App.This could be used to switch products you have left on standby, control lamps/lighting or even kettles etc! A great benefit if you forget to leave something on while out at work on on holiday, but also an easy method to turn products on for when you get home, saving time & money on energy bills long term.

SmartThings Moisture Sensor - £29.99
This product detects water, you can place it in your kitchen near the washing machine or dishwasher etc. And if any water is dected it will instantly send you a notification via the App. - Benefits ; easy to know if you have a leak/flood if you are away on holiday or at work etc.

SmartThings Presence Sensor - £29.99
This product is great if you have children or pets! It acts like a key ring where you can easily attach to keys, bags or even dog collars. Once the sensor enters/leaves the house it will send you a notification via the App, a great way to monitor what times your children are home or if your pets have escaped! A good example was a customer considering on giving this to there neighbor who is supposedly feeding there dog daily - they can monitor if they are actually and for how long they are spending in the home!

Overall, this product is a great way to get technology friendly without requiring major or any tech knowledge! It can help to improve your lifestyle, yet secure it at the same time AND SmartThings will work with any other "smart" products. They don't have to be Samsung, if you see any products with the circle symbol (yellow) a good example is Philips Light Bulbs. - Samsung are also currently offering a Starter Kit for £199.99 which includes x1 Hub, x1 Multi Sensor, x1 Power Outlet, x1 Motion Sensor & x1 Presence Sensor.

If you have any further questions feel free to visit your local Curry's PC World store, where on weekends a Samsung promote should be around to help any queries you may have!X
So the December months magazine arrived and I was super excited! First off because the beautiful Tanya Burr is on the front cover, but secondly because I got a super cute and perfect Clinqiue lipstick! AND it has Christmas stories / fashion, everything perfect for this season!

One thing I did notice in this months magazine was there where a lot of lipsticks advertised throughout the magazine, some super cute warm winter thick jumpers for the fashion & style pages. Plus a freebie sample of Angel which is by far a favorite of mine before even getting this magazine!

As part of the Lush Halloween range they offered a super glittery sparkle pumpkin bubble bar which had a small twig in the center. I thought this was super cute to begin with as I loved it was all glittery, although when you pick it up it got glitter EVERYWHERE! And I mean everywhere, this was probably one of the messiest bubble bars I'ved used so far it did get all over my clothes, fingers AND you have to rinse out the bath once you've used as it leaves a glitter stain in the bath tub!

I used half of this for one bath, and the other half for another time - Usually with bubble bars I find it easy to break up but with this one it was hard, I found it stiff to break into two from the center and ended up pulling sides of it apart for one bath then the center for another. After crumbling under warm water in my bath it instantly gave off a orange colour with the glitter falling into the water. It let out small cute bubbles and left the water with a shimmer of glitter (which on the bonus didn't stick to my skin!!), it smelt very fruity and reminded me a little of juices you can buy like lime - A fresh scent, but once I crumbled into the water I did notice it lost its smell a little.
Hey guys! Another month, another subscription box comes through my door and I'm super excited to open up and find whats inside.

Darjeeling Tea - £2 Click here
This melt is probably the favorite in this months box, its scent pretty much reminds me of walking into a Lush store. Full of fresh, clean, soft and sugary treats smell which just makes me all excited to use!

Violet & Lime - £2 Click here
Another love of mine, this melt reminds me of those sugary candy violet sweets in a small packet you use to get as kids! Its scent is very "violet" like reminding me of a floral, powder like smell.

Warm Vanilla Sugar
First off I couldn't seem to find this melt on the website - I am unsure if its an exclusive or preview melt. But for sure I am in love with this sugary yet sweet melt, its more of a sugar scent with a small hint of soft less strong vanilla. It almost reminds me of those vanilla body soaps or butters you can buy! Very tasty.

Blackcurrant Jam - £2 Click here
The scent of this melt is very very strong! And I mean that, its burst of blackcurrant is pretty much exactly like the blackcurrant juice you can buy before adding water! I melt which I do like the scent of but I must admit isn't overly in love with purely by how strong it is, but could be different once I start burning!

Blackberry & Bay Leaf - £2 Click here
I personally love this soft fresh melt, its scent reminds me of being outdoors in the hills with soft small floral scents all around. Its a very clean smell too, which is mainly took over by the bay leaf with a small hint of blackberry!

Christmas Tree-O
Again, I couldn't seem to find this melt on the website but I sure hope this is a preview because I am in love! At first the wrapping is in a pink colour, expecting it to be a soft sugary Christmas scent of icing or candy canes! But to my surprise its packed of a strong wood, outdoor, cinnamon smell exactly what you think Christmas smells like!

Parma Violet - £2 Click here
This melt is for sure another love of mine in this months box, and probably an all round favorite! It's scent is a strong but not over powering smell of violets that reminds me of being in a flower shop with the twist of roses and powder.

Bohi Humbug
With this melt, I couldn't seem to find it on the website and found it pretty difficult to discover the name as it's wrapped in a pure black wrapper. A slightly different mood to the rest of the melts but does seem suited for bonfire night! This melts scent isn't too strong but seems hard to define, all I can really say is it reminds me of the outdoors, wood and burning flame scent.

Overall I am pretty in love with this months box, purely because I am a fan of all the melts! It's perfect to have one Christmas melt which I can start burning towards the end of the month getting into the Christmas spirit, with the Humbug melt set for bonfire and warm vanilla melt to use after a warm bath and movie night in relaxing!
