Lush Unicorn Horn | First Impressions
Hey guys! So a few weeks ago when Lush's new Unicorn Horn came to store for the Valentines range I rushed down to my local store to pick one up. Personally because I haven't ever tried one of these before and just needed to add to my collection! First off I was 100% shocked by the price retailing at £4.25 as I was expecting it to be a little lower (About £3.50). Anyway... As it's a bubble bar I did expect to get ad-least two uses out of this which satisfied me enough to make a purchase!
When I saw the product in person, I loved the colours and glitter sparkle it had to it! Although I did notice it was very "hard" and not as soft, which did become an issue when I came to using it. Usually, with any bubble bars.. I break them in half enough for two baths, but with this Unicorn Horn I did struggle to break it evenly in half.. (When I finally managed to break it), I crumbled under the warm running bath water which was also a struggle with the stiff product. But the colours turned the water into a light pinky colour with a sparkle of glitter, the other major downside was I noticed the lack of bubbles and colour which forced me to use the whole product in one bath.
Overall, I was disappointed with the product, the fact I had to use the whole product, the price and how solid the product was making it difficult to break up and crumble. Let me know below if you've used this lush product before? Did you have these issues?X
