I recently received a few gifts over my birthday which where of course Yankee Candle jars! A duo which has recently been added to QVC and is currently £33.50 for two large jars. (Which is an amazing bargain considering large jars retail at £21.99 each!)

The new candle which I have never smelt until now is the Vanilla Lime, its a green colour wax. The scent is fresh yet sugary I must admit I am in love, you can smell the sugary Vanilla but it twists with a fresh clean creamy lime scent. As for the Vanilla Cupcake we all know this is my favorite favorite candle scent from any company and have already reviewed it over on my blog here.Click here to view the product on QVC where I bought off! (P.S Sorry I forgot to take pictures of these products until I realized I already used half the Vanilla Lime!)X

Thank you for reading, let me know in the comments what you're favorite Yankee Candle is!X
Hey guys! So have you ever had empty jars off a product and feel like its a waste of binning them? Well STOP! I recently discovered some bloggers who reuse jars with some awesome methods, I just had to try it myself!
I had a large jar of the Yankee Candle Jelly Bean it came towards the end (where the wick wouldn't burn no more / struggled to light it, so I placed the jar into my freezer for about 2-3 hours (WITHOUT the lid on!). When I removed it the wax at the bottom had frozen solid and was freely moving around, I used a sharp knife (PLEASE BE CAREFUL - GET AN ADULT TO HELP / SUPERVISE!) and dabbed it a few times to crack the wax (You could try banging the jar but be-careful it doesn't smash). Then tip the jar upside down to let the wax freely remove, keep hold of the empty wax (let it unfreeze) then you can reuse as a melt in a candle wax burner, this works perfect because Yankee Candles are such strong scented this lasted a good few hours for about 4 days!

Then, wash the jar out thoroughly until it is completely clean - don't forget to clean out the lid too! Then you have a clean empty Yankee Candle Jar!

So, I was going to use it to store makeup brushes but I recently purchased a new jar holder for them... So I thought I'd try something a little more creative. I used some purple gem stones purchased from IKEA to fill the jar then place some votive's / melts in the top as a statement piece for my desk!

I've saw others use the jars to store sweets, candy, pencils, lip glosses etc... Comment below if you've tried anything yet? I'd love to see, I have a few more jars I need to be creative with! Xo

Hey guys! So two weeks ago QVC (UK) had some amazing offers over on there Yankee Candle Show, I couldn't help but resist purchasing some new candles to add to the collection!
I found this amazing set of three Large Jars for £43.50 (They usually retail for £20 each!!!) The first candle which i'm very common with is;

  1. Home Sweet Home Large Jar - This is a favorite of mine, it has a hint of cinnamon with spices blended it. It almost reminds me of the outdoors, fresh forest which is overgrown with oak wood and trees. It is just perfect and makes me exited for Christmas with it's winter feel!
  2. Cinnamon Stick Large Jar - This candle has an extremely strong scent of cinnamon burst out, it is 100% very winter like reminding me of sitting in warm blankets with a cup of hot coco!
  3. Fireside Treats Large Jar - I have never experienced this candle before, and was very exicted to try it out! When it arrived the first scent I got was super super sweet and candy like, reminding me instantly of the scent you get when you open a bag of marshmallows! I can honestly say I have fallen in love with this candle, it is my 2nd favorite (First being Vanilla Cupcake) I just love the sweet scent!
Overall, I'm super happy with this offer QVC had for us! It is still avalible on there site, let me know what your favorite Yankee Candle is? :-)
