Hey,!

So I thought I'd return to blogging with starting something new, that is with False Lashes! I personally have never used false lashes and always stuck to mascara (just because I never seem to find it easy applying lashes, and always find when you see the white glue it looks awful).

I recently got an email from #WeLoveLashes who gifted me a random selection of lashes, lash glue and an applicator! While this is gifted, the views of this blog post is completely my own opinion.

- Ardell Studio Effects Lashes Black - Demi Wispies (£5.99)
- Ardell Fashion Lashes Demi Black 120 (£4.49)
- Ardell Double Up Lashes 205 (£6.49)

So, first off I want to say my favourite out of the 3 pairs where the Fashion lashes demo black 120 purely because of how natural they looked. These are the type of lashes you could wear everyday!

I found the Double Up lashes where very full on and had a dramatic look to them, I personally would say these are more for a night out rather than a natural look.

But, if I am completely honest I absolutely LOVE the lash glue. It's in the shade 'dark' and when you apply it is a very dark brown/black shade almost like applying eyeliner. I have fallen in love with it, purely because the glue was what has always put me off trying to use lashes.

After a smooth application, I left the lashes to set for about 5 minutes and then was ready to hit the shops. The lashes stayed on all day, through shopping and typical UK windy weather.

When it came to remove them, it was pretty easy and no pain at all from the glue! I just began on the outside of my eye and began to peal the lash strip away from the skin, it was quick and easy.

These lashes have completely opened up my thoughts, I still think I'm not 100% ready to try the bold looking lashes and will stick to natural for now.

But who knows in a few months this can all change!

Let me know what your favourite lash brand is, and be sure to check out False Eyelashes website (they stock all brands including doll10 which I've herd is very popular in the blogger community)

So I recently did a "Swap" over on Depop for this eye shadow, recently I am becoming more and more obsessed with golden, beige and silver shadows! I think its because they are natural but dramatic and just go with any clothing! This shadow stick is a "Cream" style, it twists up with the product coming out the top. You roll it onto and over your eyelids at first I was worried this would be hard to apply and get a even finish, but it worked perfect I rolled majority over my eyelid center then using a blending shadow brush I just sweeped around the outer area and blended it it!

I have to honestly say I am in love with this shade, it's like a gold with a glitter shimmer. It works perfect for summer, daytime and evening wear! Let me know in the comments what you think? + Don't forget to follow my blog over on the home page X

This mascara was purchased in a QVC set from Laura geller, the mascara is based for Dramatic Volumizing mascara. The wand of this product isn't anything special it is similar to many of mascara's I have used before, It hasn't seemed to get clumpy and goes on my lashes fine no problems!

This eye shadow was purchased some time last year, it is the shade "pearl" but is a green colour. I personally would only wear this shade during spring season matching an outfit or if I was going out clubbing and wanting to match an outfit or accessories. This product is packaged simple, it has a shimmer of glitter (which I love!), and when applied it does look very unique and stylish!

Thank you for reading, don't forget to comment feedback etc :-) Xo

This pen was bought in a set sometime last year from Barry M, the color is unknown as it doesn't state on the product. However I would say it s a yellow, gold type of color.

Application: This product is a great color which would work well with any type of eye-shadow, it would give you eyes a wider look if you applied on your waterline (Which I think works well with this color, and the use of this product of which I only use it for).

Laura Geller Eye-shadow - " Cream / Cappuccino "

This eye-shadow is by far one of my favorites, simply because it is a duo which colors work perfect together. The two colors could be used individually, used to blend and get a smoky look or be used by using your shadow brush and swipe across both colors and get a mixture color.

On the left side of the duo (faced upwards) is a shimmer nude color, this is my favorite out of the two as I can wear this color on it's own or used to blend and mix to get a smoky look. The color is pigmented with a glitter silver shimmer tint, it is perfect for all seasons and looks natural looking.

On the right hand side of the duo is the "Cappuccino" color, a brown shimmer which is another favorite. It's a favorite simply because it is not like normal brown eye-shadows this is a light brown and isn't dramatic once applied.

Benefit eyeshadow - " Mermaid "

This product was bought from a Benefit Cosmetics counter sometime last year, the color is a perfect green shimmer.

I prefer to apply this product after adding a eye shadow primer, then using a large shadow brush I blend all over my eyelid. Then using a silver eye shadow I like to apply on my eyelid crease and blend inwards to help give off the shimmer look which goes great with this eye shadow as it does have a bit of glitter in it.
