Hey guys, so today I thought I'd write something a little different and talk about my current makeup products I've been using daily. Some of them are my all time favorites, others I just use because I have nothing else to replace them as of yet.

I start off by moisturizing my face (after washing it) and I use Clinique dramatically different gel. I use the gel moisturizer because it's best suited to oily skin, I have no issues using this product and is an all time favorite, I use it everyday for almost a year now. At first it can be slightly pricey retailing at £30 for full size but it does last, one pump does my entire face which is very generous. I normally then apply a primer over the top, but recently I ran out of my Laura Geller Spackle which I've been using so am yet to replace it (so I just skip this step). And move straight on to hydrating my lips by using W7 Lip Bomb, it's styled very similar to EOS and its so soft on my lips and just a favorite product I like to use.

I then move on to foundation, at the moment I have been using powder foundations purely for the fastness of application. I'm currently using Mally powder foundation in light, I will admit this isn't the greatest product for coverage (which is something I need) but does give a good even colour tone with a natural look. I then MUST use my Laura Geller 'real deal' concealer, I absolutely love this product. It gives 100% maximum coverage for the smallest amount, I apply this using a damp beauty blender sponge and put it under my eyes, brim of my nose and over any ache scars or blemishes. I then even all this out using a powder, at the moment I don't have any good powder to use apart from my Kardashians one which honestly isn't too bad. It evens out the concealer and powder foundation, and with the light colour is suits my skin perfectly.

For my cheeks I apply Benefit Hoola to contour using my NARS brush, and then use my Laura Geller pink blush over the cheeks with a Makeup Revolution blush brush from the unicorn theme. And then I use Makeup Revolution highlighter on the tops of my cheeks and sometimes along the brim of my nose using real technique contour brush, and I must admit this is my all time favorite highlighter. I always get compliments when I use it plus it's extremely affordable.

For my eye area I begin by using Benefit brow pencil (I've only recently been using this as I received a mini sample size in the mail but I'm completely in love with it and will be getting the full size product soon). I then like to apply my good old Benefit roller lash mascara, my all time favorite mascara as it not only applies a good even amount of product it also lifts my lashes and curls them slightly! And then I occasionally apply Mally bulletproof black eyeliner along my inner waterline. And of course use the Makeup Revolution highlighter and angled brush to apply under my eyebrow. Finally I like to apply my lip product last, and recently I've been using Bare Minerals marvelous moxie gloss which I love because of the angled brush but the colour isn't too strong and more soft.

Hey guys! So today I thought i'd talk to you about Benefit Cosmetics skincare range, as usual I have very oily skin (also sensitive) so I have tried beyond so many different products. Over the Christmas period I was given a Benefit skincare mini set, I've also picked up a few samples etc over the times of buying off the Benefit shop!

1. Foaming Clean Facial Wash
This is step one to cleaning, I apply this after "damping" my face and rub all over my face including my neck. I have to warn you guys, this is a very soft and gentle facial wash I found if you still had makeup on it would not work as well, it probably wouldn't remove and properly "wash" your face.

After using this product, it leaves your skin feeling super soft and smooth. I personally never had any issues using this product with my skin, I never broke out majorly & would rate this 8/10. Click here to view the item

2. Refined Finish Facial Polish
This product is very much a scrub, applying to freshly washed skin which is still damp only a little amount is needed. I personally am not a fan of scrubs as I suffer with oily skin, I find if you use a scrub with oily skin it irritates the skin even more. Although I still wanted to get an honest review of this product, I set out and trailed this on my mums skin (who is normal) it left her skin feeling smooth, with no issues and breakouts! She told me "I would 100% buy this product again without a doubt", rating it a huge 9/10! Click here to view the item

3. Toning Lotion
Again, this products bottle is a major hate of mine. I have no understanding on how to get the product out other than tipping the bottle upside down and waiting for it to fall out. At first, this is easy to do because the product is so liquid and "runny" although, when your towards the end it could take a few minutes... Which personally is no good if your in a rush!

Anyway, I apply this product usually using a small piece of cotton wool. And then dabbing it across my face, I find dabbing it prevents spreading it across the skin which could irritate and using a cotton wool piece is more softer on my sensitive skin. I personally had no breakouts, no issues with this product and it honestly did its job! I would consider buying this product again, it's just the bottle which puts me off. I would honestly rate this 8/10, Click here to view the item

4. Triple Performing
To begin with, I must admit I am not a huge fan nor lover of this product. At first I hated the design of the bottle, I had no idea how to get the product out. If I tipped the bottle upside down, it would literally take ages to get any out.... My fingers wouldn't fit inside the bottle, I ended up using the end of a small eye shadow brush (wooden end) and poking it inside to get some out... It was a very long process, on top of that it was only a matter of a few days before I noticed the lid cracked / smashed (I have no idea how this even happened).

Of the product itself, I applied this to keep my face hydrated and prevent it from drying out. A lot of people over on the site highly recommend this, personally I never saw any dramatic change, it didn't make any effect on my skin either. Therefore overall this product is "ok-bad" personally because of the packaging of the bottle, I would rate this 4/10. Click here to view the item

5. Facial Cream
This product is very useful if you suffer with dry skin, as I've said I am the complete opposite and suffer with oily skin. Although as of recent I have switched to use tea-tree products to control the oilyness, I found using a little bit of this product along my nose (which is the area which tends to dry out) works perfect, I have no issues, its light weight, it keeps my nose hydrated perfectly and I only use a little amount. I would honestly rate this product as an 7/10, Click here to view the item

6. Eye cream
Now this product is suppose to be used if you suffer with "dark circles", however.... I am only 18 and I have never suffered with this problem (yet), although I thought I would still give it a go... I applied a small amount of this using my index finger, and rubbing along under my eyes and blending backwards towards my nose. I found you only need a little amount of this, when I applied it my eyes felt open, fresh, and more absorb to the air. I never found any other difference other than this, although the rating online is highly recommended. I would personally purchase a mini of this before paying out for the full size, rating 7/10. Click here to view the item

Benefit Skincare

Hey guys! So today I thought i'd talk to you about Benefit Cosmetics skincare range, as usual I have very oily skin (also sensitive) so...
So I recently purchased this item off QVC in search for new cheek products and decided to choose this as it has been highly reviewed recently. It arrived in this cute little box, as usual Benefit packaging being super cute! It had a simple mini brush inside, where a mirror is when the lid is lifted up.

At first I wasn't impressed it took me awhile to get the colour to come out but I then used another brush of mine and it worked fabulous! The colour is in between a pink and coral mixed together with a perfect shimmer, I found it applied smoothly with no issues, lasted all day long and really helped enhance my face dimension. As for the brush which came with it, I think because it is " new " and " unused " it needs to be used a few times, but I prefer to stick with my usual brushes but this mini brush is perfect for a handbag size / travel!

let me know when your Benefit favorites are? :-) X
This perfume was bought of the Benefit website during January, it came in a unique box which lid lifted and the front fell down. When I first got this bottle I was shocked by the size, I was expecting it to be bigger, although this is the 30ml size... However, I do admit the product has lasted, I use about two pumps for my neck & one for my wrists. The smell is very summer like, raspberry, outdoor floral like smell. (This is my favorite of all Benefit perfumes.)

This eyeliner was bought off the Benefit's website when it was first launched, it is different to most eyeliners I have used as you have to twist the bottom which then allows the product to be pushed up. It is angled like a pen, angled which is suppose to allow you to easily "drag" the eyeliner along your lid to give a perfect finish.

So... My personal opinions on this product is that it very difficult to understand how to use, I am yet to master a "perfect" line. I find if you use this product on you eyes which have no eye-shadow or any other product is is easier. This is because if I apply when I have an eye-shadow I find the pen gets the product on and is not as "dark" and just ends up being totally messy as the colour doesn't show as much because it is getting eye-shadow on the part where the colour comes out.

However, this product is easy to remove I don't have any issues I use my makeup wipe and just rub it over and over a few times without stopping and usually the product comes off!

You can buy the product off the Benefit website for £18.50: https://www.benefitcosmetics.co.uk/product/view/theyre-real-push-up-liner

Benefit eye-shadow - " Snow Bunny "

This eye shadow was bought in a gift set sometime last year, it is a lust duster eye-shadow in a shimmer glitter white. I wouldn't rate the way of which this product is manufactured, simply because when you remove the lid it is has several small holes where you shake and the product falls out. However this product doesn't have a shut and open as normal ones would do therefore when you put the lid back on if you move the product around (like if you put in a draw and open/shut the draw a few times) more of the product gets shook out. Resulting in when you open the lid there is a large amount overflowing and usually falls out being a waste.

However, I LOVE the color of this product, the pigment gives a glitter and shimmer effect which makes your eyes look perfect. You can use this product on it's own or over the top of you eye-shadow to make it stand out more. It can be used for an everyday look or used for a night out clubbing look.

Don't forget to comment your feedback & suggestions, thanks for reading :-) Xo

Benefit mini's haul

So, I have recently reached 1k views on here and have decided to do a bit of a special post which involved more than one product in the same post!.

All the products included in this post are mini versions of the original product which can be purchased as a "free gift" from benefit when spending on there site, sometimes visiting counters in store they are given as a gift after purchases or sometimes Benefit sell these mini's as gift sets specials.

1. Benefit Lolli Tint - " Candy "

Lolli Tint is a product which is one of my many favorites off benefit, this product not only is an amazing summer time color but has multiple uses. This product can be used as blush stain for your cheeks, and also used as a lip color on your lips.

The color of this product is a vibrant pink and being able to use the product for multiple uses (Cheeks and lips) it gives you a perfect summer match! Although this mini is a sample size of the liquid version this same product can be bought as a balm (Similar to other lip balms etc and has the same purpose). Although the balm version of this product is easier to apply I personally think you get a lot more use out of this product.

2. Benefit Sun Beam - " Highlighter "

This product is my FAVORITE benefit item, this is used as a highlighter for your contouring. When applied it gives a shimmer shine to your cheeks, but the reason behind why this is my favorite product is because of how easy it applies and how long it lasts!

This mini is a liquid form which comes with a brush, it is easy to apply I dot about three to four along the top of my cheeks (just below my eyes downwards). I then use my index finger to blend the product leaving a shimmer shine.

3. Benefit POREfessional - " Primer "

This primer is an " ok " product, although it is award winning it doesn't go well with my skin (I think its generally because I am oily/sensitive skin type). This product has a tinted color and is a thick smooth texture, when you apply it to your face it gives a layer which I feel evens out your skin ready to prime your foundation. And the tinted color is a perfect idea which blends into your skin making it look invisible. The reason why I don't practically like this product is that I found after about 2 weeks of using it I broke out in a large amount of spots and I also felt like this didn't make my foundation last " all day ".

This sample size is a perfect amount if you want to test out this product before spending money on the full size, I would estimate this mini sample size lasts about 1 and half week use (if used everyday). You don't need lots a small blob will do your whole face.

4. Benefit Roller Lash - " Mascara "

This product was purchased when the March 2015 Elle magazine was released, this is by far my FAVORITE mascara available. Because the fact that not only is this a volumizing mascara, it also " curls " your lashes. I have never been a fan of lash curlers, always worried they would pull my lashes out but with this product it helps curl your lashes while applying product to them because of the amazing shape of the wand.

This product I have used for each day of when I have wore makeup since I bought the magazine in March, and still this product is no where near empty! I know for sure when I run out of this product I will be purchasing the full size, I've not had any issues regarding "clumpyness", it lasts all day and is easy to remove.

5. Hello Flawless Oxygen foundation - " IVORY "

The foundation is very good for coverage, I feel it can be built up for extra coverage and has a smooth silky feel to it making it feel perfect on my skin. I'm yet to buy a full size product of this foundation as I have had a issue regarding color matching, I feel like this foundation is more of a summer time foundation for me as I have porcelain skin tone and this is more of a deep color.

So overall, that's it for this post don't forget to comment your feedback & suggestions below :-)

Oh but before this ends, here is a photo of all the products applied to my hand before and after blending into my skin.

Benefit eyeshadow - " Mermaid "

This product was bought from a Benefit Cosmetics counter sometime last year, the color is a perfect green shimmer.

I prefer to apply this product after adding a eye shadow primer, then using a large shadow brush I blend all over my eyelid. Then using a silver eye shadow I like to apply on my eyelid crease and blend inwards to help give off the shimmer look which goes great with this eye shadow as it does have a bit of glitter in it.
