Among all the crazy Boxing Day and January sales Lipsy threw massive deals on there website and in stores! In particular, on a coat I've had my eye on for a few months now which is from the Michelle Keegan collection.

It's in a parka green style, with gold detailing throughout and a gorgeous fluffy furry blue inner and hood! It stands out so much its beautiful, and I've already been wearing it out and about going to and from work, to the local store and even on the very few shopping trips. I get people coming up to me, complementing me and asking where it's from!

I'm in love, plus the quality of the coat is out of this world. It's RRP is £98 but in the sale I only paid £49. I've had people approach me in the streets complimenting the coat, the only downside is I do struggle to drive in it as the length is fairly long covering the bum.

Lipsy Coat | NYSale

Among all the crazy Boxing Day and January sales Lipsy threw massive deals on there website and in stores! In particular, on a coat I've...
So I recently discovered Scent Circus among Instagram, and fell in love with the unique design of the different wax melts they had on offer... In particular because of the fact they had melts shaped as bourbon biscuits!

When it came to ordering, I was shocked by how affordable the products are and the fact that postage is only £1.95 anywhere within the UK. Somethings to point out before going further, with the 'poop' products you get two for £1 which I think is great value for money the company suggest you burn them both together. Being a huge candle lover, I decided to do a small test by burning just one to see the strength and be willing to add the other poop later on. I noticed after the first poop melting on its own after a few minutes the scent filled my entire living-room and fled among the entire house, they are very powerful and I personally am burning just one each time.

Autumn Snuggles - £1.50 each
This is a large circular melt, and WOW I am in love with the scent of this... Its very sweet, sugary and reminds me of popcorn or a freshly baked cupcake. The design of this melt, is somewhat simple but it's nice to see a unique imprint on the product with the slight speckle of glitter.

Damson In Distress
Now since I'm a little late writing this post as I purchased and received these probably a month ago, I've noticed this product has left the website and can only hope it makes another appearance sometime soon... The scent itself is very sweet and sugary again, that reminds me of marzipan! As for the design, it's super cute and exactly like a bourbon biscuit.

Seduce-Y-Orange - £1.50 each
A perfect custard cream shaped wax melt, this product is another design favorite of mine it's perfect for any blogger, youtuber or photographic person who loves all things different. It's scent is very powerful that reminds me of the exact scent of terry's chocolate orange, a sweet, sugary cream like smell that has a slight hint orange spices.

Pixie Poop - £1 each (you get two inside each)
These products are small but mighty, Pixie Poop is very fresh and clean like scented with a slight floral hint of jasmine and blossom. They have a slight speckle of glitter on the tops.

Flamingo Poop - £1 each (you get two inside each)
Another cute styled melt, among all the scents I would admit this is probably my least favorite but I'm keen to try them out (scents seem to develop more when burning). The scent itself is very sweet, and reminds me of candy floss but more of a warmed sugar that's just been toasted and ready to eat!

Unicorn Poop - £1 each (you get two inside each)
This was the main reason why I wanted to make an order with Scent Circus, I noticed a lot of bloggers writing and capturing some amazing photos with these melts. They are so colorful, and cute designed with a speckle of glitter over the tops. As for the scent, they are sweet and tasty that reminds me of blackcurrant jelly.

As for dispatch of the product, WOW! They arrived extremely quickly, I'm pretty sure I ordered late on a Friday evening and they arrived on the Monday! Inside the box which the products was posted out in was a 'Dolly Bag' which the company sell for £0.50p (view the product on Scent Circus's website here). I didn't order this product, and assume its a free gift from making a melt order. The bag is a cotton like material, and was covered with lots of paper confetti which was super cute and an extra perk of love.

Overall, I am in love with this purchase and company all the melts smell and look gorgeous all at affordable pricing. In-fact I know the company recently offered a subscription box (which is now sold out) but I didn't notice as I was working that day, maybe sometime in the future I may join! But be sure to see more purchases soon. X
So this months melt crowd box is rather special, why? Because £2 of the box goes to the Pink Ribbon foundation, considering the box is only £10 per month the donation is a great gift to give so a huge applause to Flamingo Candles for offering this!X

So what about the actual products right? Well since it's October, the season of 'fall' and 'Halloween' I noticed the company post about sugar vs spice on the social media accounts which got me rather excited. Each of the melts follow a black and pink theme, I personal think the 'black' melts are more of the sweet scents and the 'pink' melts are more spiced. (I could be wrong, my mum thinks they are mixed among each other)

So the 'pink' melts are as followed;
Salted Caramel Apple
This is a very food-like scent, it has a very warm sweet caramel smell but has a mix of fresh apple it honestly reminds me of a toffee apple! Perfect for the season.

Buttered Rum

Another somewhat food-like scent, this is again very sweet and 'sugary' that is hard to describe other than it being very edible and desert like.

Pumpkin & Walnut
A very seasonal spiced like melt is perfect for this months subscription and I'm glad we got a 'pumpkin' melt I am going to be saving this to burn on the evening of Halloween. The combination of fresh pumpkin is lightly mixed upon a nut-like scent it's just a perfect match!

Sweet Tobacco

Now this is probably my least favorite melt from this month, it's very spice oriented which does remind me more of a 'man' smell, like a male perfume.

And the 'black' melts are as followed;
Oriental Lotus & Rose Otto - £2 (View the product on Flamingo Candles website here).
This melt is very floral like, reminding me of the outdoors and rose petals that have had a drop of spring water added. It's a very relaxing, smooth and strong melt.

Cherry Sundae
Another sweet, sugary and candy like scent that is packed with a cherry iced it's probably one of my favorites this month because of how delicious it is!

Candy Floss & Pear Drops
I was expecting this to be similar to the CIRCUS scents but I must admit the smell was rather different and shocking. It's very light and not overpowering, with a more softer candy floss rather than over the top sweet and sugary. With the pear-food smell pushing through it's rather interesting and I do seem to love it.

Pink Ribbon
This is a very fresh, soft almost like a powder scent that reminds me of a sorbet.

Overall, I love this months box it's packed with a lot of sweet, sugary, food like scents but with one or two spiced. Plus, with the £2 donation its a small extra bonus to why I love being subscribed! X
So a while back River Island had a sale on.. And of course I took the chance to grab a few bits, if I'm honest with you guys I was slightly disappointed I spent the whole of about 15 minutes on the website going through the sale and adding various items to my basket. But when I was finished and clicked to see the basket, to checkout it popped up explaining half of my basket had became out of stock! (Shame) So in the end, I only ended up buying two items... (Even though I originally had about six)

The first, which is the product I'm most excited about is this beautiful bag... I picked it purely down to design, the large style appealed to me purely down to being able to use it for university. Carrying books, laptop etc would be perfect to fit inside this bag (plus I don't always like taking too expensive bags into university!). The bag itself has a large compartment inside which is opened and shut by a small metal clasp button... Perfect to put less expensive products in because it can easily be seen as it's not full shut off, I would personally put things like a hair brush, books etc inside that bit.. Within that compratment it as a small zip area like most other bags. But then the part which I love about this bag is on the back theres a full size compartment which is fully zipped across the top which is very secure and perfect to fit my laptop in! The bag also has the option to be used with a satchel strap (which I personally doubt I will use).

I then purchased these beautiful shoes, (website exclusive) I loved the white colour with the croc design it was great for the end of summer and into fall season... And I must admit these are one of the most comfortable shoes I have worn yet, I was worried about the part which shuts by pushing the metal though the material and clasping shut because I have such small, skinny ankles. Normally with shoes (or belts use the same) I have to end up putting an extra hole to make sure it shuts tight around my ankle but these are perfect! No issues!

I know this is probably the smallest mini haul purchase I've wrote about on the blog, but I just had to mention about the bag because of how perfect it is for school/college/university I highly suggest for people to check out River Island because the bags they offer are just perfect. X

I recently went on a small New Look splurge purchasing a few things I thought would be great for times like now, and for the winter season which is fast approaching us. Plus I just wanted to find an excuse to do a bit of online shopping right?!

Black Heels - Size 6 (UK)
So the first thing that was the main reason why I wanted to purchase was for these black suede heels, they zip up the back and are stretchy crossed lace like patterned on the front. When I got these I was slightly overwhelmed with how high they was, something I wasn't anticipating if I do say so! I would estimate them to be a good 5 or 6 inch heel height, and when I put them on I feel as though the backs of them push my feet forward more making it difficult to walk in... However I refuse to give up on these beauties and will be practicing to walk around the house in them during the next few weeks.

Baby Pink Ribbed Body Suit
I recently purchased a baby pink ribbed jumper from Lipsy, but it's cropped and honestly I get rather insecure when wearing a crop top.. I just hate showing skin! (I'm not fat or embarrassed just not a fan of it). I bought a size 10 thinking about the length of this as I'm tall but was worried it might not fit as I've never worn one of these before... It fitted perfect! It's slightly loose around the waist area but in length it's perfect, the shoulders are more 'off the shoulder' style but there is one major problem with this. At the bottom of this it has a button like shutting, I assume to make it easier to go the bathroom when wearing the product right? But WOW! It's majorly uncomfortable to wear with a pair of jeans over the top, I'm not sure if I will wear this or use it because you feel the plastic dig straight into your leg as you walk! Note to myself - buy one without this feature next time.

Batwing High Neck Tan Jumper
I purchased this thinking it would be great for the fall season, high neck because I love that style, but a lightweight knit material for the cooler days... I ordered a size medium (thinking let it be slightly loose and baggy) but WOW! It's huge.... Originally I was going to send this back but just decided to keep it now, I do regret not buying a size small, because honestly I would say this jumper could easily fit a size 12-14 whereas I'm more of a size 8-10. But I've just tucked the jumper into my jeans and sort-of make do with it...

Knitted High Neck Vest Jumper
This jumper was something different to what I've seen before, the vest top like sleeveless armed was just something which intrigued me... Again I went for a size medium thinking let it be loose and over-sized as during the winter times I prefer a loose baggy jumper to snuggle up into, but my bad! The medium must be around a size 12-14 because it's just huge, I doubt I will be wearing this unless I wash it and try to shrink it in size... A bonus is the material is very soft and cuddle-like.

As with most girls, you probably have more than one handbag right? Well... In my case anyway! Most people I know prefer to go for expensive bags, more of a "designer" name to them etc. But for years now I've always had an obsession with River Island bags, they've always been top quality, never broken on me and always had different styles (which is what I love the most).

Recently River Island hosted a 20% using student discount, stupidly I decided to wait and order in the evening (letting my mum have a look if she wanted to order anything when she finished work). By the time I went to make my order the handbag I had most wanted had disappeared from the website, after Tweeting the company they informed me they was discontinuing the bag and it had sold out! In a man hunt, I went searching all the stores near by (starting in North Wales stores) which all had sold out, but then I finally found it in the Chester store with only two left when I visited. I felt like a kid in a candy store I was so excited to get my hands on it! (The bag I was searching for was the pink/white patterned one in photos).

I personally enjoy having two handbags, one for shopping trips or when I visit local stores a bag which is on the more smaller side of things so it won't get in the way. Then have a larger bag for University to carry all my folders, books, computer, and makeup supplies in. I bought the pink/white patterned bag for £35 (Which I think is affordable), it has the large zip purse pouch in the front which came with the bag, it's detachable by a metal button. Inside it has no pockets or further zipped areas (which I would of liked to of had but oh well), but it does come with a long satchel strap (which I won't be using as I prefer to hold with the handles).

In the sale, I found the large brown "tote" style bag which has lots of space inside, and a zip area, plus it came with a long satchel strap which again is detachable. This bag was RRP £42 but in the sale it was only £25 which is amazing value! It's perfect for me to take on long day traveling trips, or for university purely because I can fit so much in (even an A4 pad!).

On the other hand, I had really wanted to buy this white & pink floral mini bag for awhile, I loved that it had a detachable pouch in the middle. (it's like a small makeup bag, purse, or iPad bag). It again comes with a detachable strap, but personally I just use the two handles, the only downside to this bag is it has no internal pockets inside so everything is loose but it is only small so perfect to use on shopping day trips or running out to the store quickly for a few bits and bobs! RRP £35.

And then of course, I picked up some baby blue 3/4 ankle smart cotton trousers (mainly for work, interviews or anything business related). I am a huge fan of these type of trousers at the moment, they are super comfy, not too 'skinny' or 'baggy' and they are very fashionable. However, I did buy a bigger size thinking they'd be fairly tight (my mistake they was actually really loose around the waist so best worn with a belt). RRP £38

Overall, I'm in love with all the products and am super excited to get my hands on more River Island bags soon. X

River Island | Haul

by on 09:00
As with most girls, you probably have more than one handbag right? Well... In my case anyway! Most people I know prefer to go for expensive ...
So I've recently started Experiential Learning in University (which is basically where you do a work placement for 7 weeks), with this I've been on the haunt to buy new clothes which is more "work appropriate". I went to Primark with the intentions to buy some shoes, but managed to pick up a whole load of things!

1. Cream Pointed Shoes - I picked up these simple but cute shoes for only £3! They was in the sale, but I picked them up because of how simple they looked with a gold trip around the small heel base. They are more of a suede material, easy to slip on and off and a light colour perfect for the summer (And they would go with pretty much any outfit).

2. Brown Heeled Boots - I picked these boots up because of how stylish they looked, a more popular style this spring if I'm honest. I bought them because they was really comfy to wear, they zip up the side and have a 'lace' like appearance down the side with 'tassels' flowing loosely. They are again a suede material, and the colour goes perfect with a handbag I recently bought. Plus to my amazement, when I went to pay they price had been lowered to just £10!

3. White Pocket Vest Top - This top is very lightweight, and sheer like. It has two fairly large pockets on the front (near the top part) and buttoned up straight down the middle. With the vest like style and lightweight material, I felt it was perfect to wear with the warmer weather starting, plus the white/cream shade material will go with most clothes and a perfect 'Smart' look top for 'Work' etc.

4. Snake Print Shorts - These shorts where laid out near the pajama/shoe section, so personally I would wear just around the house to lounge around in or for bed. They where only £2.50, very thin lightweight material and have been perfect to wear with the warm evenings we've been experiencing recently, plus I love the pattern really modern and unique.

5. Head Piece - So while looking in the jewelry section I discovered this unique headband piece for only £1, it's elastic band (in a black material) which can easily be hidden with my dark hair (bonus factor). And, the pale pink gems on the front work great with most colours, it can be worn on the forehead or on the hair as a headband something different to try out.

6. Necklace - This necklace was an amazing cheap price for £1, I loved how large it appeared, but I must admit once I took it out the packaging I was not a fan. This necklace is based of beads (which looks fine) but they are all on a small elastic band, first off it's risky... One small pull and the elastic will break and you will be left with a mess of beads, but also it's hard to maintain a simple shape, it becomes very odd-shaped and looks pretty awful when you wear it.

7. Black 3/4 Ankle Trousers - I loved the style of these, they where a cotton style material in a smart trouser style (fake pockets on the backs and side pockets). Plus they are 3/4 ankle length which is great for warmer weathers, the colour black is perfect too.. It would go well with any clothing colour, however I felt these where too "smart" when I wore and even trying to dress them down became a major chore.

8. Patterned 3/4 Ankle Trousers - I also picked up another pair of trousers, these are the exact same style as the black ones except they are patterned in a black & white colour scheme, they are a comfy fit and easy to dress up or dress down.

Overall, I'm in love with majority of the products I purchased, they are great to work for smart occasions but can easily be worn with casual looks too.. Let me know in the comments or on Twitter you recent/best Primark buy?X

Thanks for reading!

So i'm always looking for deals, and my mum came across this super cute black vest top which had a butterfly detail on the back. I was a bit weary on purchasing the item because it was coming from Asia - A lot of negative feedback covers the internet saying the item isn't as described, but since the item was £1.59 including postage I thought why not!

The item is "one size" but I can honestly say it's a size 4 6 8 and possibly a 10, the material is super stretchy but it isn't very "long". It arrived, packaged perfectly about just under two weeks from the purchase date. It was EXACTLY as described on the site, it fitted me perfectly fine (but I am small sizes anyway) and is going to be great for summer! I am defiantly going to be purchasing a few of these as a stock up since the price is super cheap!!! And it came with tags already on etc :-)

eBay link £1.59: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/221729349221?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&var=520572561546&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
This play suit was ordered from Ravi Famous, at first I ordered it to wear for going out "clubbing". But when it arrived I couldn't help but notice this playsuit could be used for the summer too! Or holidays as well as clubbing! It is black on the front, and zips up the back with lace, I just love the style! Plus the price!

These trousers where bought online from Ravi Famous in the color "pink", I thought these would be great for the summer plus I loved the color! When they arrived the first thing I noticed was how light they were! The material is very thing and super super stretchy! Which would be great for summer, when I put them on the first noticeable issue is they are very very see through! As they are trousers, you can pretty much see your underwear! So I 100000% advise you wear some which aren't noticeable and less "colorful", they zip up the front with a clip to shut at the top.

When this top arrived I instantly knew it would be perfect for summer, it is very lightweight thin material (but not see through). It isn't a white color and more of a cream, with pattern on the top!
