First off I want to start by saying this month's magazine has the beautiful Rita Ora on the front cover, I think the shoot looks perfect! Simply because it's not modeling an underweight girl and is very "normal" looking, although I must say I can't understand why the shot is pretty "nude" with her covering herself up. The magazine never came with any freebies, or samples in the pages but it did come with a 25% off coupon for The White Company (A furniture / home store!).

The first thing that caught my eye and made me want to discuss was the fact that Glamour now have an App for smartphones. This can enable users to get more interactive and read online (which personally) can be a good thing, I find it very time consuming to find the magazine at a store which has it in stock!

As being a huge Body Shop fan I couldn't help but love the featured page of there new products, which included a little info in each product with images! Then of course, the new Garnier cleansing water had a feature page. I am really excited about this product, it's been around for a few months now and it seems to work perfect. Cleansing water's have been hugely rated over on American blogs but in the UK we didn't seem to have a wide range, they are supposedly good for keeping a good skincare so I really need to get my hands on this product and give it a go!

Then, finally I saw this post about "bum bags are back" which slightly confused me. These bags I personally find really unattractive and not useful, as a girl you carry more than money. You have toiletries in you're bag, makeup, hair products as well as you're phone and purse etc... With these bags they are pretty small so you are limited with what you can carry.

Don't forget to comment below you're thoughts, and let me know if you agree with the "bum bags"! X
Hey guys! So this Eau De Toilette spray was purchased online from The Body Shop, I was so excited to try this because Raspberry is a very fruity, clean and fresh scent which would be perfect for summer and hot nights. When it arrived it looked super cute in a 30ml bottle, the smell was just as expected which I loved. The only thing which disappointing me was the scent didn't last very long, I would say for around an hour. But for the price, it is perfect for just after a hot bath, or if your just hanging around in the garden during summer nights.

So recently I've been trying out new hair products, I saw this one on The Body Shop website which suggested to use once a week. I began by using a normal Shampoo on my hair, after rinsing that out I applied around one scoop using my fingers over the ends of my hair then rubbing it through the top of my head (but avoid rubbing it into my scalp). I left the product on my hair for around 5 minutes before rinsing it off and then dried my hair normally. I found this product made my hair really really soft, it made my hair look like it was full of life instantly once it was dry. The smell was very "Rainforest" like, reminding me of the outdoors, fresh and "wood" like scent which was actually rather refreshing. I also noticed that I usually wash my hair every other day because otherwise it starts to get "greasy" but this product left my hair healthy and shiny for 3 days before I re-washed it but I could easily of gotten a full four days out of this! I was so shocked, I am honestly in love with this product, as it leaves my hair healthy I will be using this for an every-other-wash.

Hey guys! So today I thought I would write about my current skincare routine which has recently changed. However I have been using this routine for over a month now and I have not had any major problems, before I start I want to point out my skin is very oily / sensitive.

I begin by removing any makeup I am wearing with a cleansing wipe (Any usually work as long as they are for sensitive skin). Then I dampen my face and neck with warm water, then applying around one - two pumps of the Simple kind to skin Cleanser which comes out like a foam substance. I use my fingers to apply all over my face and neck, then using my palms in a circular motion to rub all over and into my skin. I then rinse it all off by splashing my face again with warm water and patting the skin dry with a clean towel.

Then, instantly the next step I take it to brush my hair and use a clip to tie it back. Then using two bobbi pins I slide each side of my fringe back so I have no hair on my face. If my skin is still feeling dirty or oily (Which is usually around 2 times a week at the moment), I apply a small amount of my Body Shop Tea Tree Toner onto a piece of cotton wool. Ensuring I have thoroughly shaken the bottle first! And dabbing across my face, I usually apply this on my T-Zone or any areas which feel oily. If my skin feels fine then I simply jump ahead to this next step which is to moisturize! I never ever use to moisturize until I started using The Body Shop tea tree range where I noticed it helped clear up my redness, and majority of my spots but it would leave all around my nose & forehead dry and flakey which looked awful when I was applying makeup! So I did some research and discovered the Clinique Moisturizing Gel (Gel for oily skin & Lotion+ for dry/normal). At first I was unsure and bought a small 15ml size tube (Which lasted me two months) but it worked perfect, I never broke out and never had any issues! I apply this all over my face and down my neck after cleansing.

Then that is pretty much my routine done, until bedtime of course! For bed I pin my fringe back either side again, and usually tie my hair up in a loose bun or put it into a plait to keep it off my face during the night. I don't usually put anything on my skin for bed, unless I am having a major breakout then I use The Body Shop Tea Tree night lotion.

This body butter was bought off The Body Shop's website for £5, they have sold out at the moment online but may or may not be available in a local store. At first when I received this product I was shocked by the size of it... I was expecting a bigger container size however it was cheaper than the other body butters I've purchased (because of the size which I forget to read!).

The smell of this product is perfect, is it super sweet and does remind me of chocolate! When I first read/saw the product online I thought it may be some what of a not so nice smell and chocolate should be food only! Not wearable, but it is perfect for in the evenings after a warm bath I apply using my index finger over my arms and it sets me in the mood for bed with a warm hot chocolate in my fluffy pajama's! :-)

The Body Shop - " Facial Toner "

This product was purchased for £5 off the body shop website, I apply this once I have used my body shop facial cleanser (I give it about 30 minutes to an hour before applying this). I begin by taking a small cotton wool bud and then giving this product a good shake, then I add it about three to four drops onto the cotton wool bud. I then rub this all over my face and it makes my skin feel fresh and clean just like the first feel after using the cleanser. I have not had any issues with this product, and really do love the feel of it, it drys out instant to my skin and makes it feel fresh and clean.

The Body Shop - " Chocomania "

This product is like a perfume spry, bought for £8.50 off the body shop website. At 30ml the size is about half of what I would see as a normal size for perfume, I use about three pumps for my neck and one pump on one wrist then rub both wrists together. The smell of this product is very chocolaty  and sweet, when I first saw the product I didn't think I would like the smell as I thought chocolate should be food only but once you've applied the product and left it to calm down after about 5 minutes it smells perfect. Not only the smell being perfect it also lasts long during the day and is recognizable to others, I've had various people ask me " What perfume are you wearing ".

The Body Shop - " Facial Wash "

This product was bought off the body shop's website for £5, I use this product everyday either once I have removed my makeup or sometimes when I still have my makeup on! I begin by splashing my face with warm water (all over), then apply a small blob about the size of a pea into the palm of my hand. I apply using my index finger blobs all over my face then using the palms of my hands I rub the product deep into my skin. When you begin to rub the product it mixed in with the water applied and becomes like a soap, once I have blended across my whole face (avoiding my eye area) I then rinse off using warm water and using a clean towel I gently pat my face dry.

It leaves my face feeling fresh to the air, I feel extremely clean and I have used this product for about a month now, it has controlled my blemishes by not breaking out in more but it has yet to begin clearing up the amount I have.

The Body Shop fragrance oil & bunten burner - " Frosted cranberry "

This product was bought off the body shop last week when they had there amazing sale on, I finally got round to buying a bunten burner for 0.99p from B&M Bargains.

Application: So I begin by lighting a tea light and placing in the center of the bunsen burner (in the hole) and then I filled the top with tap water and then added 3 drops of The Body Shop oil into it and magic happened! This product began smelling beautiful straight away, the smell is so strong I can smell it from down our hall way!

Just remember to keep checking the amount of water in the top and once its evaporated to either top it up straight away or blow out the tea light candle otherwise it will burn the top of your bunsen!

The Body Shop BB Cream - " 01 light "

This product was ordered online off the body shop website for £8, I decided to buy this product as my skin is very blemish, red and acne prone... As I am extremely pale and usually a porcelain foundation I choose to get the lightest color available.

Application: Once I have applied my primer, I add a small amount of this to the side of my hand and apply using my index finger all over my face, when I first applied this product it went onto my face well, feeling smooth and dried out straight away making my face not feel oily.. However, I did notice that it looked somewhat patchy on my skin, I think its something to do with the color of the product, so I would highly suggest only using this product if you are using a foundation over the top which supplies a good coverage. I did try to blend the uneven colors out by rubbing into it more with my finger but ended up applying a little more of the product to balance the color.

Yet, once I applied my foundation and everyday makeup routine I found this did hold my foundation, it didn't become oily throughout the day and was well lasting! I've used this product for about a week now and not had any issues regarding sensitive skin, breakouts etc...

The Body Shop Butter - " Peach "

This product was purchased off the body shop's website, when it arrived the first thing which shocked me the most was how big the tub was! It is a great size which I can 100% say it is going to last me awhile!

The smell of this is perfect, it smells exactly like peaches and the smell is strong! Not like some body butters, this product lasts for so so so long people will defiantly notice you have it on! I simply apply it using my fingertip and rubbing it all over my arms leaving a smooth finish.

The Body Shop butter - " Blueberry "

This product was purchased off The Body Shop's website (Along with lots of other goodies!), when I first got this product it smelt gorgeous!!!

The tub this product comes in is a perfect size! It can fit into a pocket, bag, purse anything!! And on a plus side its the perfect size for your finger tip, I can place my fingertip inside the tub and get some of the product on my finger without having issues.

Application: Once applied this product my lips felt smooth and velvet, perfect for winter or cold days! But the scent of the product gives a great spring feel!

Unfortunately The Body Shop has sold out of this product but they have similar available in other flavors on there site, for £4.
The Body Shop Tea Tree - " Primer "

This product was purchased when visiting The Body Shop in Chester, where I discovered there Tea Tree range. As my skin is very sensitive / oily I do breakout in spots almost every other day, as well as previous ache scars. This was one of three products I've been using as my " Skin care " range, I've been using this product for about three weeks and I can defiantly say.,.. I CAN SEE A DIFFERENCE! My skin is cleaning up well, the redness is not as much, my scars are fading away and I am breaking out about once a week!

Although my skin is clearing up, and I am breaking out less I do have to state... When I breakout they do seem to last longer and take longer to disappear.

Product application: So I use this product in the morning to a clean skin (I usally use Lush tea-tree water first), I apply a small amount of this to my hand and use my index finger to apply in a gentle motion all over my face INCLUDING the upper part of my neck which joins to my chin line... Once applied this product feels sleek and smooth, it doesn't appear " oily " and drys out straight away. I usually apply a BB cream/moisturizer over the top before carrying out my routine of foundation etc.... This gives a " matte " effect to my foundation and holds it in place all day!
